Thanks to technology, a lot of things that were the normal for folks have now become close to extinct.
Even if it’s not used as much as it was before, one thing that will never go away totally is the drum machine. Used primarily by pop and hip-hop producers, the machine helped create beats for those who didn’t have access to drummers.
